Meety’s Total booking limits feature allows you to manage and limit the number of bookings you can accept for a single service within a specified period.

This feature ensures you avoid overbooking and gives you the flexibility to offer multiple time slots while maintaining quality service.
Some examples of how this can be applied:
- Fitness Instructor: Offers multiple class times daily but can only take 5 sessions per day
- Chef: Provides cooking services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but can only take 1 booking per day
- Baking Workshop: Available all week but only has ingredients to serve 10 attendees per week

Here’s a closer look at how Total booking limits works:
1. How does Total booking limit work?
Total booking limit is the limit units you set for your service. It is calculated by multiplying the number of attendees by the used time slots.
Total booking limit units = Number of attendees * Used time slots
You can set a limit for every day(s), week(s), or any other time frame you prefer.
Example: Let’s say you set a capacity of 10 units per week. This means you could have:
- 10 slots of 1 attendee each
- 2 slots of 5 attendees each
- 1 slot of 10 attendees

2. How to set up the Total booking limit?
To set up the Service Capacity:
- Go to Service tab > click Edit service button > Advanced > Total Booking Limitations section > turn on Enable total booking limitation
- Enter the desired number of units you want to allow
- Choose the time period (e.g., every 1 day, every 2 weeks).
- Save your settings
