Here’s a closer look at how Auto-refund works:
1. How does Auto-refund work?
When Auto-refund is enabled, Meety will automatically process refunds when a booking is cancelled.
Note: The refund process depends on the customer’s payment method, and may not proceed if there are issues with the payment method.
2. How to set up Auto-refund?
To set up the Auto-refund:
- Go to Services tab > click Manage service button > Payment/Pricing tab > Auto-refund section > turn on Enable automatic refunds for cancelled bookings
